Essex County Council

Have your say on crime and safety in Essex.

The 2025 Community Safety Survey is now open.  Last year, nearly half of respondents said they'd been victims of crime with burglary, vehicle theft, and fraud among the top concerns.

Your feedback helps shape local policing and safety initiatives, including new neighbourhood teams and fraud prevention efforts.

Whether you've experienced crime or simply want to improve your community, your voice matters.

Take the anonymous survey today and help make Essex safer for everyone.  Visit the link below.

The results will be used by the Community Safety Partnerships for each area, and Safer Essex, to inform their work for the next year.
